1 TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By purchasing or redeeming a ‘HAIRPOPMAN’ Gift Card (Gift Card), you agree to be bound and to comply with these Terms and Conditions (Terms).
These Terms are between you, and HAIRPOPMAN® (we, us or our).
Most of these Terms apply only to Gift Cards purchased in store.

2 PURCHASING A GIFT CARD

Our Gift Cards can be purchased from us in store at any of our store locations and can be redeemed for products we sell in store, haircut services that include a consultation, hair-wash, haircut and hot towel treatment, additional services (including Zero Fade, Skin Fade and Beard Trim) and, our shave treament (Goods and Services).
When you purchase a Gift Card, you will receive a physical Gift Card [OPT: and details of the Gift Card will be sent to you or your chosen recipient by [email]]. The Gift Card will include a unique code which will be required to redeem the Gift Card. The unique code on a Gift Card should be treated as cash and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. We are not responsible if a third party uses your Gift Card unique code.
Our Gift Cards expire 1 year from the date of purchase. It is your responsibility to keep track of the expiration date. We will not send you any reminders of when your Gift Card will expire. Any unused credit will expire on the expiration date, and cannot be redeemed after this date.
If you are purchasing a Gift Card for another person, you should ensure that they are aware of these Terms, and the relevant expiry date of the Gift Card.

3 REDEEMING YOUR GIFT CARD

You can redeem your Gift Card by presenting it to one of our staff members at one of our stores upon payment for any Goods and Services.
If the amount of your Gift Card does not cover the total price for the items you wish to purchase, you will need to pay the remainder of the purchase with another payment method, or with another gift card.
Your Gift Card can not be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer or discount code unless expressly indicated by us. Any terms applicable to any other promotional offer or discount code are set out separately [on our Site].
Gift Cards are not redeemable for cash and cannot be returned for a cash refund or exchanged. This clause does not seek to limit any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law. Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase Gift Cards.
Any unused balance will remain as credit on the Gift Card and is not transferable for a cash payment. Unfortunately, additional values cannot be added to existing Gift Cards.
If a purchase made using a Gift Card is cancelled or returned, the portion of the purchase redeemed by the Gift Card will be refunded as credit to use in one of our stores only.

4 LIABILITY 

You are responsible for use and safety of your Gift Card, and are liable for all transactions made using your Gift Card.
You must not use a Gift Card in any manner that states or implies that any person, website, business or product or service is endorsed or sponsored by or otherwise affiliated with us or any of our subsidiaries or affiliates.
Your use of the Gift Card may be declined where there is fraud, deception or reasonable suspicion of illegal activities in connection with your use.
